Carole Guérin

Carole Guérin has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Carole began their career in 1993 as a Corporate Controller at Cadim Inc, the real estate division of Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec, where they worked until 1996. Carole then joined Cadillac Fairview Corporation in 1997 as a Controller Special Projects, where they stayed until 2004. In 2005, Carole Guérin joined PSP Investments as a Senior Director in Real Estate Investments, a position they held until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Investments at PSP Investments, and currently, they hold the role of Managing Director, Head of Americas, Real Estate Investments at PSP Investments.

Carole Guérin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Formation en gouvernance - Les incontournables" from Ls Gouvernance au Féminin - Women in Governance in January 2022.
