Christine Merminod has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1987 with the Canadian Armed Forces as a Naval Reservist. Christine then worked at Alcan Packaging from 2003 to 2009 as the Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development. After that, they joined Rio Tinto where they held various leadership development roles, including Global Head of Leadership Development from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Christine served as the Global Head of Talent and Development at BRP. Currently, they are working at PSP Investments, where they have held multiple positions, including Vice President of Talent from 2017 to 2020, Managing Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, and Talent Acquisition from 2020 to the present, and Managing Director of People Strategy and Ei&D from 2023 onwards.
