Patrick Bernard

Patrick Bernard has over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and consulting services. Patrick served as the Director of Professional Services and Operations at 8D Technologies from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, they worked as the Coordinator for the Computer Research Center of Montreal and later as the Vice-President of Operations at Nexio from 2004 to 2018. In this role, they led a team, coordinated projects, allocated resources, and delivered application services while maintaining communication with internal and external customers. Since 2018, Patrick has been working at Investissements PSP, first as the Senior Manager of Operational Efficiency, and currently as the Director of Digital Operation. In their current role, they are responsible for the operation platform, including the Service Desk, End Point Devices, support for international offices, and the ServiceNow platform. Patrick has internationalized major functions of the services and developed an operating model to ensure efficiency. Patrick also manages the support functions for over 1500 users across different time zones.
