Rémi Vernet has extensive work experience in the field of enterprise architecture and business domain advising. Rémi currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at PSP Investments, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Rémi worked at PSP Investments as the Director of Architecture Governance & Agile Practices from August 2021 to August 2022. Rémi also served as a Senior Business Domain Advisor for Capital Markets activities at PSP Investments from February 2008 to August 2021, where they gained expertise in front to back business processes and solution architecture. Before joining PSP Investments, Rémi worked as a Business Analyst at CGI - Caisse de dépôt et Placement du Quebec from April 2007 to 2008. Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Project Manager at Euler Hermes from August 2001 to January 2007.
Rémi Vernet began their education at the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen, where they earned a Msc in Applied Mathematics from 1996 to 2001. Rémi then went on to pursue a Msc in Mathematics at the Université de Montréal from 2000 to 2001. In 2009, Rémi attended the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) in Finance, General.
In addition to their formal education, Rémi has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Rémi became a certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in December 2011. In 2014, Rémi obtained the Investment Foundations certificate from the CFA Institute. Rémi also holds a Lean Management - Yellow Belt from Université Laval, earned in May 2019. Most recently, Rémi completed the Global Knowledge Blockchain Overview: Business Foundations course from the Blockchain Training Alliance in January 2021.
