Kerry Kraemer

Chief of Staff at PSP Partners

Kerry Kraemer is the Chief of Staff to Penny Pritzker. She is responsible for developing and executing the Chairman’s strategic goals across her business, civic, and philanthropic endeavors and acting as a liaison across business verticals.

Prior to joining PSP Partners, Kerry was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where she focused on advising public, private, and social sector clients on strategy, organizational health, and talent management. Before McKinsey, Kerry worked as a Policy Program Manager at the Truman National Security Project where she led their International Development and Sub-Saharan Africa portfolios.

Kerry earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University, where she was also a varsity swimmer, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kerry is a Fellow with the Truman National Security Project and co-runs a nonprofit called Friends of TASAAGA, which helps orphans and vulnerable children in Uganda build more secure and sustainable futures.
