Michelle Norman

Michelle Norman is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Partners in PROMISE since January 2020. In addition to this role, Michelle holds positions as a Gov Appointee for the Virginia Council on the Interstate Compact for Educational Opportunity for Military Children and as a member of the Policy and Research Advisory Board for Blue Star Families. Michelle also contributes as a Trusted Advisor for PsychArmor, focusing on enhancing resources for military-connected communities. Previous experience includes serving as an Outreach Ambassador for the Military Officers Association of America and as a Navy Community Ambassador. Michelle's foundational career includes roles in environmental engineering and petroleum engineering. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Government with a focus on Law and Public Policy at Regent University, Michelle also holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
