Kristin Pearce

Kristen Pearce provides clinical support and operational oversight to programs throughout the Fargo region. Kristen comes to Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC) with experience in geriatric mental health and operations.

Prior to joining PMC, Kristen previously worked in an executive social services role within the long-term care industry. Kristen has been in the field of Social Work for 20 years, with a focus on geriatric community support, compliance, and organizational growth.

Kristen received her undergraduate degree from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and her master’s in social work from The University of South Carolina – Columbia. She also received her Executive Coaching Certification from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration.

Kristin joined PMC in September 2022.
