Jeff Lefton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jeff started their career as a Fellow at the Coro Foundation in 1979. Jeff later worked as the Assistant Director of Financial Services at the St. Louis County Economic Council from 1984 to 1989, where they packaged SBA 504 Loans and marketed finance programs to banks, chambers of commerce, and realtors.
In 1989, Lefton founded their own company, Lefton Promotions, where they served as the President. The company provided fun equipment for parties, such as Velcro walls, bounces, casino equipment, karaoke machines, and entertainment performers.
Lefton ventured into the entertainment industry again in 2006 when they became the Owner of Abra-Kid-Abra, a company specializing in providing magicians and variety performers to bring out the star in kids. Jeff also joined EnTeam as a Board Member the same year, where they facilitated cooperative learning activities to engage students and promoted understanding among diverse groups.
Lefton's experience in instructional consulting began in 2001 when they joined Psychological Associates as the Director of Instructional Consulting. Jeff held this role until 2011, helping organizations with various people issues, including sales development and leadership development. Jeff then transitioned to Vice President of Client Services at the same company from 2012 to 2018, further assisting organizations with their sales strategies and providing tailored workshops and coaching to sales professionals and managers. Lefton served as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2020 before assuming their current role as Vice President of Digital Marketing.
In addition to their professional career, Lefton served as Board Member and Treasurer for It's Your Birthday, Inc. in 2021.

Jeff Lefton earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Tufts University, which they attended from 1975 to 1979. Jeff later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 1982 to 1985, specializing in Marketing, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to their higher education, Jeff graduated from Horton Watkins High School in 1975.
