Ana Paula Donate

Ana Paula Donate is currently a PhD student at the Center for Rusmiddelforskning, focusing on psychology since February 2023. With extensive experience as a CBT therapist in private practice since August 2015, Ana Paula also served as an instructor of mindfulness at Unifesp from January 2017 to September 2019, where MBRP groups for substance use disorders were conducted as part of master research. Prior research experience includes projects in the Social and Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory from March 2011 to December 2015, where Ana Paula designed studies examining the role of the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex in social virtual interactions. Early career roles include various internships in clinical psychology, mental health, and forensic psychology. Ana Paula's academic background includes a master's degree in cognitive psychology with a focus on substance use disorder from Unifesp and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
