Esther Purwitasari

Esther Purwitasari is a Senior Reconciliation, Claim, and Settlement Associate at PT Alto Network since January 2019, where responsibilities include checking pending transaction statuses, monitoring client transfers from the SKN/RTGS system, managing deposit recapitulation reports, and handling client inquiries related to transactions. Prior to this role, Esther served as a Client Service Remittance Business Operation associate, focusing on ongoing transaction monitoring and problem transaction management. Esther also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant in Molecular and Genetics Laboratories at the Department of Biology, Universitas Indonesia, during 2017 and 2018. Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Indonesia, obtained in 2018.
