Merisca -

Merisca is a Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, currently employed at PT Alto Network since September 2022, where responsibilities include implementing Agile processes to enhance productivity in product development. Previously, Merisca held the role of Scrum Master at Bank BTPN Syariah from June 2016 to August 2022 and served as a Sharia Business Analyst and Project Manager from June 2013 to August 2015, managing the Systems Development Life Cycle for the Micro-Finance IT team. Earlier career experience includes the position of Analyst Programmer at PT Mitrais from April 2008 to June 2013, where leadership, client support, and project documentation were key responsibilities. Merisca holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University, earned between 2004 and 2008, along with a high school diploma in Science from SMUK Kolese Santo Yusuf Malang, completed from 2001 to 2004.
