Robin Tantra

Robin Tantra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Helpdesk Monitoring & Operations Strategy at PT Alto Network since October 2018, Robin focuses on enhancing service excellence through automation, tooling creation, and process improvements while establishing Data Management within the organization. Previously, as the Head of Product Operations and Settlement at PT Alto Network, Robin managed over 50 personnel to develop new product operations and ensure compliance with client demands and cultural integration. Prior roles include Operation Strategist at Traveloka, where Robin aligned product and customer needs across Southeast Asia, and PMO - Retail Transformation at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, responsible for transforming customer service into a revenue-focused retail experience. Robin holds an MBA from Universiti Tenaga Nasional and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from BINUS University.
