Febrian Wahyu Hartanto

Febrian Wahyu Hartanto has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Febrian worked at PT Asahimas Chemical from 2017, holding positions such as HR Service Section Head and Compensation and Benefit Section Head. Prior to that, they were a Senior HR Generalist. At PT Donggi Senoro LNG, they served as a People Development Officer, focusing on implementing employee development measures and formulating training programs. Febrian also worked as a Training Supervisor at PT SMART Tbk, where they created training modules and evaluated program effectiveness. In their earlier years, they worked as a Human Resources Staff at PT. Patra SK, responsible for training arrangement and evaluation. Additionally, they gained experience as an HR & GA Staff during their internship at Woori Bank.

Febrian Wahyu Hartanto earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Human Resources Management, from Universitas Mercu Buana. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Korean Studies from the University of Indonesia. Febrian's educational journey began in high school, where they completed their studies in Natural Sciences at SMAN 1 Geger, Madiun.
