Haryanto Hary

Haryanto Hary has a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Haryanto started their career at lembaga pendidikan KSM as a Teacher & Head of program study from 1998 to 1999. Haryanto then moved on to PT. Irmys Pratama where they worked as an SPV Operational from 1999 to 2001. Haryanto then joined AIG in 2001 and held roles such as Financial Advisor - Senior SPV and District Manager, where they were responsible for sales management, recruitment, training, and building relationships with business partners. From 2006 to 2015, Haryanto worked at AIA Indonesia as the Training and Development Manager and later as the Training & Development Dept Head. In these roles, they designed training roadmaps, developed training modules, and managed recruitment and sales coaching. Currently, Haryanto is the Head of Inbranch (Bancassurance) at PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA, where they are responsible for leading the inbranch team and overseeing training and recruitment efforts.
