Inka Tatyana has extensive work experience in customer relations and customer care management. Inka currently holds the position of Head of Customer Relations at PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Relations Manager at BMHS (Bundamedik Healthcare System) from May 2021 to November 2022. Inka also served as Head of Customer Care & Complaint Management at Across Asia Assist Indonesia from October 2020 to May 2021, and as Head of Alarm Center from April 2020 to September 2020. Inka has also held managerial roles at PT. LocalCube Commerce Indonesia, PT Zurich Topas Life, PT Lippo Life Assurance, PT Avrist Assurance, PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services, Generali Life Insurance Indonesia, and Prudential Life Assurance.
Inka Tatyana completed their education with a degree in Communication, specializing in Advertising, from Universitas Mercu Buana. Inka attended the university from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they were a student at SMU 6 Jakarta from 1998 to 2000, but their degree name and field of study are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Inka Tatyana obtained a certification in Transformational Leadership from LinkedIn in December 2021.
