Irene Djotopoernomo

Irene Djotopoernomo has a range of work experience in the IT and insurance industries. Irene started their career as a Business Analyst at PT. Lippo Life in 1997 and worked there until 2007. Irene then moved to PT. AIG Life, where they served as an Application Support Manager from 2007 to 2008. Irene then joined PT. AIA Financial, taking on roles as a System Analyst Manager from 2008 to 2012 and as a System Solution and Planning Senior Manager from 2012 to 2014. Since 2014, Irene has been working at PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA, first as the Head of IT Application and Development from 2014 to 2015, and currently as the Head of IT Business Analyst since 2015.

Irene Djotopoernomo completed their undergraduate education from 1993 to 1997 at BINUS University, where they pursued a degree in Management Informatics. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from PQM Consultants in April 2022, Targeted Selection Interviews from Daya Dimensi Indonesia in April 2022, Qualified Chief Risk Officer (QCRO) from LSP MKS in March 2021, and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) from LOMA in January 2001.
