Bonny Arimbi

Bonny Arimbi has a diverse range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Bonny began their career in 2004 at PT Bank CIMB Niaga, where they worked in various roles within the Human Resources department until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they joined PT Bank UOB Indonesia as a Senior Analyst and later as a Benefit Manager in the HR Performance & Rewards team. In 2016, they became the Employee Service & Data Management Head in the HR Rewards & Mobility Management team at the same company. In 2017, they briefly held the position of AVP, HR Services Dept. Head at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna before joining Commonwealth Bank Indonesia in 2018 as AVP, HR Compensation & Benefit Operations Dept. Head.

Bonny Arimbi completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 1998 to 2003.
