Debby Laura is an experienced HR professional currently serving in various roles at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia since January 2017, including HR Governance and Reporting, HR Policy and Advisory, HR Payroll and Benefit, and HR Service Centre Manager, where responsibilities include maintaining the employee database and managing payroll data alongside staff benefit registration. Prior to this, Debby held positions such as Compensation Benefits Manager and Assistant Manager at the same institution and worked as an Officer in Compensation & Benefit at Bank Commonwealth, managing HR operations and implementing compensation policies. Debby holds a degree in Social & Political Sciences with a specialization in Public Administration from Universitas Padjadjaran, earned from 2005 to 2010.
