Firman Daulat Simanjuntak

Firman Daulat Simanjuntak has extensive experience in account management and relationship management within the banking sector. Currently serving as an Account Management SME at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia since January 2022, Firman is responsible for processing SME credit extensions, including document collection, business activity analysis, and proposal preparation. Prior experience includes roles as a Relationship Manager at CIMB Niaga and Senior Relationship Manager for the Emerging Business Division at Bank OCBC NISP, where expert relationship-building and customer maintenance skills were essential. Firman’s career in banking began at PT Bank Panin Tbk, where roles as an Account Officer and Loan Officer further developed strong customer engagement competencies. Firman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from STIE Indonesia Banking School, completed in 2010.
