Samuel Krissandi

Samuel Krissandi has an extensive work experience in the banking industry. Samuel started their career in 2012 at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk as a BDP Trainee. Samuel then worked as an Associate Account Officer, where they maintained and grew a healthy loan portfolio in the SME segment.

In 2015, Samuel joined Investree as a Senior Business Analyst, where they played a crucial role in setting up the company and focused on product development, strategic partnerships, and business process improvement.

In 2016, they moved to CIMB Niaga as a Senior Manager, Credit Analyst, overseeing the Commercial Banking segment. Samuel later became an AVP, Credit Analyst, where they mentored junior analysts and originated a venture debt partnership. Samuel also served as part of the bankwide transformation team, driving strategic initiatives and delivering various projects in collaboration with external consultants.

Starting in 2021, Samuel joined Commonwealth Bank Indonesia as a VP, Business Quality Assurance Head. Samuel'sresponsibilities included improving credit proposal quality, spreading risk culture, and upskilling the sales force. Samuel also took on the role of Acting SME & Joint Finance Business Head for a period.

Throughout their career, Samuel has demonstrated expertise in credit analysis, portfolio management, strategic planning, and process improvement.

Samuel Krissandi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they have achieved the following certifications: BSMR Level 3 from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in August 2020, and Senior Credit Workshop from Omega Performance in August 2018.
