Hasyani Karima

Hasyani Karima has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HC Business Partner at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia since July 2022, focusing on supporting small and medium businesses, corporate, and retail segments. Previously, Hasyani worked at AIA Indonesia from 2019 to 2022 as a People Advisor, enhancing employee experiences through digital onboarding and improving HR learning processes, and also acted as HRBP Support. Earlier roles include Junior Consultant at Tjitra & Associates, where responsibilities centered on cultural diversity and talent management, and an HR Analyst Intern at PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk, contributing to a new performance management system. Hasyani holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, earned in 2018.
