Rafael Rafael has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of CSS and Policy Management at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia since September 2020. Prior to this role, Rafael was the Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Risk Analytics & Policy at Bank OCBC NISP from May 2008 to September 2020. Rafael's career also includes positions in risk analytics at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. and ABN AMRO, as well as serving in financial planning and control at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. Rafael holds a Master’s degree in Management from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta.
