Vitriawaty Mizwar

Vitriawaty Mizwar is an experienced professional in the field of learning and talent development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Talent Development at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia since September 2014. In this role, Vitriawaty focuses on shaping the organization’s learning culture and developing employees to meet strategic business needs through effective learning programs. Previously, at PT. QNB Indonesia, Tbk from January 2008 to September 2014, Vitriawaty held the position of HR Business Partner & Learning Development Dept. Head, where responsibilities included planning and developing training programs and facilitating communication during merger and acquisition activities. Earlier experience includes a role at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk, where Vitriawaty worked on developing training curricula for management trainees and evaluating training effectiveness.
