Ricky N.

Ricky N. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ricky started their career in 2014 as the Head of Finance and Administration at PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines. In 2015, they became the Finance and Accounting Head for Operation at PT. NHT Traktor. Ricky then joined PT. Kayan Putra Utama Coal in 2016, where they held roles such as Supervisor Environment and Health Safety Environment Coordinator, focusing on safety, health, and environmental management systems.

In 2019, Ricky N. worked as a Trainer and Development Specialist at PT. Genta Nusa Arsana. Currently, they are employed at PT. Bina Sarana Sukses, where they have held several roles including Mine Production, Technikal Operation, and currently serves as the Section Head Technikal Operation - mining service (road & dewatering).

Ricky N. attended Universitas Methodist Indonesia from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Sarjana degree in Akuntansi dan Keuangan. In addition to their degree, Ricky has obtained several certifications, including Training Of Trainer from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in May 2023, AHLI K3 UMUM from Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia in December 2019, PENGAWAS OPERASIONAL PRATAMA (POP) from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi in December 2019, and Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan from Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in October 2019.
