Nando Sugawa

Nando Sugawa is an experienced facilities management professional specializing in data center operations, with a career spanning from 2004 to the present. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at DCI Indonesia, Nando oversees data center facility operations, ensuring system security and availability in compliance with service level agreements. Prior roles include Chief Engineer and DCEO Facility Engineer at Amazon Web Services, where Nando managed data center engineering operations and daily facility management. Nando has also contributed to CIMB Niaga as a Data Center Facility Management Specialist and held various technical positions at PT Silitone Solution Indonesia, PT. Bank KB Bukopin Tbk, PT Mobile-8 Telecom, and Indonesian Institute of Sciences, focusing on IT infrastructure, system security, and network management. Nando holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from IPB University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani.
