Nur Annisa Istiqomah is a seasoned professional in human capital development with extensive experience at PT Dirgantara Indonesia since March 2013, currently serving as the Human Capital Development Manager. Additionally, Nur has held various managerial roles focusing on HR strategies, performance management systems, and knowledge management initiatives, including a project leader role for a knowledge management system application in the defense industry. A graduate of Institut Teknologi Bandung with a Master of Business Administration in Knowledge Management, Nur also serves as a mentor, speaker, and guest lecturer, sharing expertise in knowledge management and its application across various organizations.
