Endah Setyarini

Endah Setyarini has extensive experience in human resources, currently holding a position at PT. DJARUM since September 2015. Previous roles include working as an HR professional at GDP Venture from April 2016 to August 2018 and serving as HRD & GA Supervisor at PT Kalimantan Steel from August 2012 to August 2013. Endah's expertise covers recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and organizational development, along with experience in managing general affairs. Additional roles as a Recruitment Associate at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk and PT KARMACON, along with an internship at Universitas Airlangga, further enhanced skills in recruitment and employee assessment. Endah holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Universitas Airlangga.
