Aldrian Hanif

Aldrian Hanif is an experienced professional in the field of occupational health and safety, currently serving in a Safety Compliance role at Freeport Indonesia since March 2022. Aldrian previously worked as a Health Safety Environment Officer at Lazada, where responsibilities included conducting Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and recommendations for workplace improvements. Aldrian's background also includes teaching public speaking and debate as an English Club Teacher at various high schools from 2017 to 2020, leading students to multiple championship wins. Additionally, Aldrian gained valuable experience as a Health, Safety, and Environment Intern at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero), where the focus was on developing work layouts and conducting assessments. Aldrian holds a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2020.
