Rio Ramdhani is an experienced engineering professional with extensive expertise in proposal development, plant operations, and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Proposal Engineer at PT IMECO INTER SARANA since 2014, Rio specializes in creating comprehensive commercial and technical proposals while overseeing the bid and tender process. Prior to this role, Rio was a Service/Site Manager for the GE Gas Turbine Planned Outage Project at Donggi Senoro LNG Plant, focusing on technical and commercial outage preparations. Rio's experience also includes significant tenures as a Shift Charge Engineer and Operation Controller at PT. Siemens Indonesia, managing plant operations and emergency repairs to ensure high availability and reliability, as well as as an Electrical/CI Supervisor at PT PLN Enjiniring, overseeing project schedules and electrical equipment installations. Educationally, Rio holds a Sarjana Teknik degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Pancasila, with an emphasis on Control Engineering.
