Reza Hendriansyah

Reza Hendriansyah is a Process Engineer at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) since June 2018, specializing in operational engineering activities within the Reduction Plant, and previously served as Assistant Superintendent for the Green Plant, overseeing production of raw anodes and coordinating essential operational processes. Prior experience includes the role of Production Section Head at PT Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia and serving as an INSINAS Researcher at the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Indonesia, where research focused on high-efficiency biomass conversion. Additionally, Reza worked as a Grant Palm Oil Researcher for the Fund Management Board of Oil Palm Plantation, contributing to projects on palm oil biomass applications. Reza holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, and completed a Program Studi Profesi Insinyur at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember in 2023.
