Andi Chitrah Khoeriany

Andi Chitrah Khoeriany currently serves as Human Capital Strategy & System at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra) since October 2023, after holding the position of Recruitment and Training Supervisor at Maju Mart Indonesia from May to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process and developing training modules. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Lazada from April 2019 to March 2023 as a Senior Training Analyst, where Andi successfully led training initiatives, conducted needs assessments, and collaborated with various departments to align training with organizational goals. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI, with ongoing postgraduate studies since September 2020.
