Seng Thiam Khoo

Mr. Khoo Seng Thiam was born in Malaysia on August 12th, 1970. He is married with 3 children. He obtained his Master in Management from Macquarie University, Australia in 2000.

He started his professional career with FedEx in 1991, a career spanning over 26 years in which he had held various technical, managerial, and leadership roles and positions across the Asia Pacific Region. He was the Senior Manager for Gateway/Airport operations for Singapore and Malaysia, Country Manager for New Zealand and the Pacific Island, Managing Director, Process engineering, APAC, and Managing Director, Engineering and Support APAC from 1996 to 2013, and was named Managing Director, FedEx SINGAPORE from 2013 till 2017.

He joined SATS in Jul 2017 and became the Board of Director of SATS Aerolog Logistics Pte Ltd, Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) Hong Kong, Asia Airfreight Services (AAS) Hong Kong. Prior to his appointment as PT JAS Vice President Director and Chief Operating Officer, he was the Senior Vice President of Cargo Services at SATS Ltd.
