Tatiana Romanova

Tatiana Romanova is an experienced professional in human capital and legal affairs, currently serving as a Human Capital and General Affair Staff at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) since October 2016. In this role, Tatiana manages legal and industrial relations issues, supports HR activities, develops training programs, collaborates with the Head Office on performance metrics, and maintains employee documentation in the HRIS.
