Erwin Firyadi has extensive work experience in the industrial sector. ERWIN started their career as an Electrical & Instrument Engineer at PT Kaltim Parna Industri in 2001 and worked there until 2008. During this time, they gained expertise in maintenance and reliability.

In 2008, Erwin joined PT. Kaltim Parna Industri again, this time as a Reliability S/I. In this role, they managed, planned, controlled, and coordinated maintenance activities, including outsourcing and vendor evaluation. ERWIN also implemented Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and developed analysis methods for determining plant reliability.

Over the years, Erwin took on various managerial positions within the company. ERWIN served as Utility Superintendent from 2011 to 2014, Deputy Maintenance Manager from 2014 to 2015, and Maintenance Manager from 2015 to 2018. During these roles, they oversaw maintenance operations and ensured efficient functioning of the facility.

In 2018, Erwin briefly served as the Acting HRGA Manager before taking on the role of Technical Support Manager from 2018 to 2019. As Technical Support Manager, they provided assistance in monitoring and managing technical and logistical shipping, including reviewing and analyzing working documents and ensuring smooth implementation of projects within approved budgets.

In 2019, Erwin briefly held a leadership role as General Manager of Technical & LOG Shipping at PT. Kaltim Parna Indust.

Throughout their career, Erwin has demonstrated strong technical expertise, managerial skills, and attention to detail.

Erwin Firyadi completed their secondary education at SMA Patra Dharma Balikpapan from 1992 to 1995. ERWIN then pursued their undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), which they successfully completed from 1995 to 2000. Later, Erwin advanced their education by enrolling in Universitas Mulawarman, where they obtained their Master's degree in Magister Management from 2012 to 2014.
