Ibadi Zalfatirsa has extensive experience in the mining and engineering sectors, currently serving as Compensation and Benefits Manager and previously as Industrial Relations & Recruitment Manager at PT. Kaltim Prima Coal since December 2008. The role involves overseeing recruitment and resolving industrial relations issues. Prior positions include Technical & Contract Support Superintendent, where technical analysis and operational support for various mining services were provided, and Superintendent Services for Mine Civil, Road and Transporting, focusing on mine civil projects and transportation services.
