Muhammad Syaiful Ramadhan

Muhammad Syaiful Ramadhan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in data center operations, software engineering, and IT service delivery. Currently serving as an IT Data Center & Operation Network Specialist at PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China since April 2021, Muhammad Syaiful Ramadhan has made significant contributions to the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railways project. Previously, at PT. Aero Systems Indonesia from November 2015 to June 2022, Muhammad Syaiful Ramadhan held multiple roles, including Application Support Engineer and Planning Specialist & Workforce Management, focusing on IT service delivery and management. Additionally, Muhammad Syaiful Ramadhan gained experience in IT operations and maintenance with Jakarta Smart City in early 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Telkom University and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Mercu Buana.
