Information Technology Technical Support at PT. Kinarya Alihdaya Mandiri

Fahmi Dea Saputra has a work experience spanning several years in various companies. In 2012, they worked as a System Administrator at PT. Kaltimex Energy, where they managed office network equipment and automation systems and also created invoice event news for PT. PLN Persero. From 2018 to 2019, they served as an Information Technology Support Specialist at PT. Jaya Sentral Indo (Pyramid Suites Hotel). During this time, they provided technical support and assistance. Since 2019, Fahmi has been working at PT. Kinarya Alihdaya Mandiri as an Information Technology Technical Support. In this role, they have monitored and troubleshooted server networks, acted as a technical support user for Telkomsel, and also contributed to the creation of promotional content and multimedia for various purposes. Fahmi Dea has also been involved in event management and has worked on video production for the IT Townhall Telkomsel 2022 event.

Fahmi Dea Saputra attended the University of Muhammadiyah Malang from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in UI/UX Design Mastery from Skilvul in October 2021, Junior Networking from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Teknologi Informasi & Telekominikasi Indonesia in April 2019, and MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate) from Spectrum Indonesia in December 2018.
