Oktavia Risna Damayanti currently serves as the General Manager of HR, CSR & GA at PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors since December 2021, following a progressive career within the same company from April 2013 to December 2021, where roles included Head of Human Resources Development Department, Head of Human Resources Management Department, and Head of Planning & Development Department. Oktavia holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Indonesia, completed between 2000 and 2002.
