Fachrizal Husein

Fachrizal Husein has a work experience that includes being the Plant Development Department Head at PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Plant Development Section Head at the same company from January 2015 to April 2022. Before joining PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa, Fachrizal worked as a Technical Trainer at PT Eka Dharma Jaya Sakti, an authorized dealer of Volvo Truck Indonesia in Kalimantan Area, from January 2012 to January 2015. Fachrizal also held the role of Technical Trainer at PT Equipment Reliability Management from March 2008 to January 2012.

Fachrizal Husein obtained their S1 degree in Teknologi/Teknisi Teknik Mesin from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2003 to 2006. Fachrizal then pursued their Gelar Sarjana in Teknik Mesin from Universitas Tridharma Balikpapan (Untri) from 2008 to 2010.

In terms of certifications, they obtained various qualifications including Data Analytics from Refocus in April 2023, Human capital architect from HRC (Human Resources Club) in August 2019, Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Tatap Muka from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi in November 2017, Internal Audit of Integrated Management System Based On ISO 19011:2011 from Excellent Consulting in August 2016, and Integrated Management System ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SMK3 & SMKP from Excellent Consulting in June 2016. Fachrizal also obtained Applied Failure Analysis from PT Eka Dharma Jaya Sakti, authorized dealer of Volvo Truck Indonesia in Kalimantan Area in July 2013, and Training for Trainers from Volvo Group in June 2013. Additionally, Fachrizal Husein obtained the certifications of Communication Style and Leadership Presentation from PT Eka Dharma Jaya Sakti, authorized dealer of Volvo Truck Indonesia in Kalimantan Area, Methodology Training from PT Eka Dharma Jaya Sakti, authorized dealer of Volvo Truck Indonesia in Kalimantan Area, and Competence Development Seminar, Competence Development Plan, Pengelola Pelatihan Pemagangan, and Manager Sumberdaya Manusia from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi in different years.
