Hardiansyah -

Hardiansyah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2012 at PT VALARBI, they worked as an Electrical & Rotating Inspector, reviewing manufacture data sheets and ensuring compliance with specifications and codes. Hardiansyah also served as an Assistant HR & ADM Manager, coordinating with clients and government agencies for inspections and assigning inspectors.

Later, at PT Marga Mandalasakti, Hardiansyah gained experience in various positions. Hardiansyah started as a Management Trainee, receiving training in different departments and learning about business processes. Hardiansyah then became a Traffic Facilities Staff in the Management Trainee Development Phase, creating inspection processes and forms. Subsequently, they worked as a Building & Maintenance Engineer, responsible for maintaining facilities. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of GA Department Head, overseeing general administration. Currently, they are the GA & EHS Department Head at PT Marga Mandalasakti.

Hardiansyah attended Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Sarjana Teknik, with a focus on Teknik Elektro dan Listrik. Hardiansyah also holds additional certifications including Ahli K3 Umum from Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan RI, Auditor SMK3 from Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan RI, Certified Procurement Specialist from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP), and Petugas Peran Kebakaran (Damkar Kelas D) from Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan RI.
