Desman Jayadi

Desman Jayadi has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Desman started their career as an Asisten Advokat at LBH IKADIN from March 2008 to November 2009. Desman then worked as a Junior Advokat at Ali Mazi & Associates from November 2009 to December 2010. After that, they joined PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk as a Senior Litigation from January 2011 to May 2016. At PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, they provided legal advice and assistance on issues between the company and customers, handled contract disputes, and prepared legal documents. Desman then became a Consumer Finance Recovery Manager from June 2016 to August 2020 at the same company, where they monitored the achievement of recovery targets, evaluated target performance, and provided solutions for problem accounts. Currently, they are the Litigation & Recovery KPM Head at PT. Mega Central Finance from August 2020 onwards.

Desman Jayadi completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Legal Studies, General from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, which they attended from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended SMUN 54 Jakarta from 1999 to 2002, however, no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period.
