Intania Wahyuni

Intania Wahyuni has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Intania currently holds the position of Dept Head HC Services, System & Reward Mgt. at PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) in various roles such as Industrial Relation & Remuneration Manager, Manager Industrial Relation dan Remuneration, Human Resources Information System Supervisor, SAP Functional Analyst, Compensation and Benefit Specialist, and Human Resources Staff from 2015 to 2023.

Intania Wahyuni completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Mercu Buana in the years 2016 to 2020. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (Magister Manajemen-MM) with a specialization in Human Resource Management at Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo from 2022 to 2024.
