Yulia Putri has a solid background in human resources and administration, currently serving in a manpower supply role at PT Pertamina Training & Consulting since September 2020. Previous experience includes working in human resources development at PT. Vivo Communication Indonesia, where responsibilities encompassed behavioral event interviews, employee relations, and recruitment support. Additionally, Yulia held a position at PT. Sumia Gemilang Indonesia that combined human resource development and legal functions, focusing on recruitment, payroll support, and employee counseling. Yulia holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Universitas Negeri Padang, obtained in 2018.
