Karyawan Aji

Karyawan Aji is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and engineering, currently serving as Human Resources Director at PT. Pembangkitan Jawa Bali since July 2020. Prior to this role, Karyawan Aji held several positions at PT PLN (Persero) from 2011 to 2020, including Engineering Manager for the Tanjung Jati B Power Generation Unit, General Manager for both the Jawa Bali Power Generation Unit and the Region Nusa Tenggara Barat, and Head of the Talent Development and Organization Development Divisions. Karyawan Aji holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Curtin University (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada (1986-1992).
