Abdan Ghifari Akhyar

Abdan Ghifari Akhyar has a diverse background in human capital and talent development, currently serving in multiple roles at PT PP (Persero) Tbk since August 2018, including Officer Human Capital and Culture and Officer Benefit and Facility. Previous experience includes a position as a Tester at Mitra (Biro Psikologi Terapan) and an internship at Assessment Center Indonesia (Telkom Indonesia), where Abdan gained valuable insights into assessment methods. Abdan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Sebelas Maret, obtained in 2017.
