Indah Permata Rizki has held various human resources positions in different companies since 2009. Currently serving as the Head of Human Capital & Legal at PT. Richeese Kuliner Indonesia, Indah writes directives on Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indah has experience in developing and administering HR plans, conducting salary surveys, administering health plans, payroll preparation, and supporting HRMS development.
