Sandro Tobing

Sandro Tobing is an experienced professional in customer relations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Relations at PT Serba Mulia Auto, an authorized dealer for Toyota, Daihatsu, and Yamaha since August 2021. Prior to this role, Sandro was part of the Eourokars group as a coordinator for customer relations at Mazda Indonesia from October 2019 to June 2021 and served as a Customer Service Specialist Lead at PT Indosat Tbk from July 2017 to June 2019. Sandro's career began at Bank Mega, where Sandro worked as a Customer Service Officer from April 2016 to August 2017. Sandro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
