Bambang S. has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Bambang started their career in 2007 as a Computer Hardware Engineer at RNJ warnet, where they provided internet and online game services to customers, as well as hardware and software installations. From 2011 to 2014, Bambang worked at PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT), where they held various roles including IT Service Monitoring Center and IT Service Desk Analyst, handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues. In 2014, they joined PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) as an IT Quality Assurance Specialist, and later became the IT Application Support Team Lead at Telkomsel, where they led projects and supported application development for clients. Bambang's most recent role was as a Product Development and Configuration Analyst QA at Telkomsel, where they worked from 2018 to 2021.
