Chance Hendricks Pt

Chance Hendricks PT, DPT, OCS has a diverse work experience in the field of physical therapy. Chance began their career as a Physical Therapist at Integrated Physical Therapy in 2013 and continued in that role until 2015. Afterwards, they joined Adventist Health as a Physical Therapist from 2015 to 2020. Currently, Chance is working at PT Solutions Physical Therapy, where they have held multiple roles including Physical Therapist starting in October 2020, Clinic Director starting in December 2020, and ultimately Director of District Operations beginning in May 2023.

Chance Hendricks PT, DPT, OCS completed a BS in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University from 2006 to 2010. Then, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions where they earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist. Chance Hendricks also obtained a Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association in June 2017.
