Lynda Cobbs Brookshire

Lynda Cobbs Brookshire, PMP, NCIDQ has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Lynda began their career in 1997 with Heery International as an Associate and Project Manager/Designer. In 2004, they joined tvsdesign as a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager/Senior Designer. At tvsdesign, they managed and provided strategic direction to multi-disciplinary teams for large-scale projects, including the construction of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee headquarters.

In 2013, Lynda moved to Cushman & Wakefield where they held two roles. Lynda initially served as the Executive Director for Global Occupier Services/Project & Development Services. In this position, they led a team that handled national portfolio projects for the globally recognized brand, iHeartMEDIA. Lynda significantly expanded the master contract for the service line and fostered a partnership culture with the client and the account real estate team. Later, they were appointed as the Global PMO Director for Global Occupier Services. In this role, they led the turnaround of the global Program Management Office, driving change management initiatives and optimizing operational performance for the company's 44 million square foot portfolio.

Lynda's most recent work experience is with PT Solutions Physical Therapy, where they serve as the Senior Director of Real Estate and Growth PMO. Lynda'srole involves leading the enterprise real estate team and developing programs to support the growth and innovation of the business.

Throughout their career, Lynda has demonstrated expertise in real estate and project management, successfully overseeing large budgets, executing complex projects, and delivering results for global companies.

Lynda Cobbs Brookshire, PMP, NCIDQ holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design from Ball State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Using Power BI with Excel, NCIDQ, and PMP from LinkedIn, NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR INTERIOR DESIGN QUALIFICATION INC, and Project Management Institute, respectively.
